1. Services

This website provides photography services including:

• Purchase and download of digital image files.

• Purchase of physical prints of selected images.

2. Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Pricing is listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise. Orders are not processed until payment has cleared.

3. Digital Downloads (Licensing)

• When purchasing a digital image, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the image for personal purposes (e.g. personal display, social media, personal printing).

• Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, commercial use (advertising, resale, redistribution, branding, or promotional use) is not permitted.

• You do not acquire copyright or intellectual property rights in any image. All rights remain with the photographer.

• Commercial use is strictly prohibited (including advertising, resale, redistribution, branding, promotional use, or inclusion in products for sale) without prior written agreement and payment of a commercial licence fee.

4. Prints

• Prints are produced either directly by the photographer or via a trusted third-party printing partner.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and shipping provider.

• If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Replacements will be offered where appropriate.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the digital nature of image downloads, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

• Refunds or replacements for prints will only be issued in cases of damage, defects, or errors caused by us or our printing partner. Change-of-mind refunds are not available.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Resell, sub-license, redistribute, or make the images available for download elsewhere.

• Use the images for any unlawful or defamatory purposes.

• Edit or alter the images in ways that misrepresent the photographer’s work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All images on this website are protected by copyright law. Copyright remains the sole property of Life in Style Photography (Central Horizon Ltd). Purchase of digital downloads or prints does not transfer ownership.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to printing errors, shipping delays, or misuse of images by third parties.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data (such as names, addresses, and payment details) solely for the purposes of fulfilling orders and improving services. 10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
